- Advising on rental income
- Marketing and advertising the property for let
- Checking the references of potential tenants (we are members of Equifax) and assessing their suitability for the property in question
- Negotiating the length of let, engrossing the tenancy agreement and preparing relevant Notices
- Instructing the inventory clerk, arranging gas/electrical safety certificates and any other works required by the landlord.
- Holding a security deposit against dilapidations
- Advising the landlord on necessary insurance
- Collecting rent on a monthly basis which is transferred directly to the landlords bank account, minus any costs incurred.
- Negotiating renewals and rent increases when appropriate
